These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any other offerings made available by River Oaks Advanced Bodyworks. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

River Oaks Advanced Bodyworks provides professional bodywork and wellness services designed to enhance health, relaxation, and overall well-being. All services are offered in accordance with applicable local and state laws and are performed by licensed, experienced professionals.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior, health risks, or non-compliance with these Terms.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  
  
• Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for intake forms and preparation. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a reduction in price.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
• Gratuities are appreciated but never expected, and are left to your discretion.

4. Health and Safety

Clients are required to inform their therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns prior to receiving services. This ensures that the session is customized appropriately and safely.

River Oaks Advanced Bodyworks follows strict hygiene protocols and maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.

5. Client Conduct

Our practice upholds a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Any comments, gestures, or actions that are deemed inappropriate by our staff will result in immediate termination of the session and possible denial of future services.

6. Refunds and Returns

All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your experience, we welcome your feedback and will do our best to address any concerns.

Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred upon request, with management approval.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during scheduling or sessions is kept strictly confidential in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy standards.

We do not share or sell client information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

River Oaks Advanced Bodyworks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
